Block management 24 is a family run business in the South of England, based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. We run the company with a personalised human touch integrated with up to date technology and total professionalism.

Block management 24 was formed after a family member encountered a bad experience with a managing agent. This personal experience left him feeling out of pocket as he was continually paying a monthly management fee to a company who failed to manage the property, failed to repair faults and ultimately settled for what was in place rather than being forward thinking.   

Block management 24 was born on realising that as a family we have the combined skills and experience to run and deliver an effective property management company.   

We recognise that every block and estate that we manage is individual and has different demands, this is why we are flexible and offer a 'build your own' package so that individual block needs are met.

Our dedicated team work around the clock which allows us to take full control of each block ensuring that standards and needs are met.
